Terms and Conditions

We may amend our standard terms and conditions and make changes in the services by posting the amendments on our website, and by communicating them promptly. Our overriding aim is to ensure that every client is satisfied with our services. As a general principle, we aim to be fair, reasonable and sympathetic in all our dealings with clients, and to act always with integrity. We will meet all our legal and regulatory responsibilities, and aim to provide full and accurate information about our tours.

 Hotels

·      Although Sadr-e Isfahan works hard to maintain the accuracy of the information provided, however, the availability of the facilities and features listed for each hotel are under the control of each hotel and as such Sadr-e Isfahan is not responsible if facilities or features are not available as expected.

·      Check in times vary from between 13.00 - 16.00

·      Premium category means the best accommodation in any city. In other words, clients choosing to stay at the premium category have effectively the choice of all the hotels in any one city.

·      Standard category is a combination of the better existing accommodations that may or may not include those of premium category.

·      Sadr-e Isfahan will always try to provide the room type(s) booked, however there may be occasions when instead of a double-bedded room, a twin may be allocated. Sadr-e Isfahan guarantees the room will be suitable for the number of guests booked.

·      Sadr-e Isfahan undertakes its own categorization of properties, which represents Sadr-e Isfahan’s view of quality. These may differ from those published. Furthermore, the application of star ratings may vary in quality and should not be relied upon alone to indicate the quality of the accommodation.

·      The type and size of rooms provided by a hotel (such as single, double) may also vary.

Room Types

·      Double room: accommodation for two adults in a room with one double bed or sometimes two single beds made up as one. This room type will also function for two adults and one infant/child. The room will then be fitted with an extra bed or a rollaway suitable for a child.

·      Twin room: accommodation for two adults in a room with two separate single beds. This room type will also function for two adults and one infant/child. The room will then be fitted with an extra bed or a rollaway suitable for a child.

·      Single room: accommodation for one adult in a room with one bed.

·      Triple room: accommodation for three adults in a room with two or three beds. Bed sizes and arrangements may vary. A Triple room does not guarantee three separate single beds. This may include a rollaway bed.

Price

·      Prices are confirmed at the time the booking is confirmed and override any previously quoted prices. If a booking is left unconfirmed, the price may have changed at the time of confirmation.

·      Sadr-e Isfahan reserves the right to change prices at any time, and will only increase the price of a confirmed booking if a government tax is levied.

Reservations
All reservations must be confirmed in writing. To guarantee the reservation a 20% deposit is required within 10 days of confirmation. The deposit is refundable if the group is cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival.

 Payments

Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival by bank transfer in the currency stipulated in the quotation. Credit card payments carry a 4% processing fee.

Cancellations

·      30 days or more: no cancellation charges

·      29-15 days: 50% cancellation charge

·      14-7 days: 75% cancellation charge

·      Cancellations within 7 days: 100% cancellation charge

Child Policy
Child policies apply to children up to the age of 12. Except where otherwise stated, 50% of the package price applies when one child is sharing the parents‘ room in a rollaway bed.
